My roommate had gotten a washer and dryer in her name, and I had put my card on file for automatic withdrawal. I knew I was moving, so about a month before I moved I instructed them to take my card off file, and they told me they had. After I had already returned the furniture, they charged me for another month, even though I had told them to take my card off file; because I had read the Rip-off Report, I made very sure to be thorough. Then Eugene had the nerve to tell me he voided the charge, which my bank says he has not. I have to wait the next three days to see if the charge drops off, which means that until then I do not have access to my funds. We will see. I will update this if they fix the issue.
