Over a month ago I agreed to have them pull 114.24 from my account for a deposit for a move. The next day I cancelled because a friend of mine works for a moving company and was able to save me money and give me peace of mind that my things were going to arrive as I left them. They gave me a quick refund and life was grand. Now over a month later, they charge my card again, but now without notification or my authorization. When I called the company they told me that "The lady who does refunds is not in the office today" I then asked if anyone else could take care of it and he said "No one else knows how to, only her" I called my bank to have this money refunded and they told me all I could do was file a dispute which could take 10-20 days to have a result. So now, here is the position I'm in.
1. Stressed about moving
2. $114.24 in the hole
3. Having to deal with something that was illegally taken from me.
4. Having to wait 10-20 days for anything to happen because I'm getting the run around from Nobel Van Lines.
5. One day before move and having to deal with extra stress about finances and worrying if I will ever see that money again.
Save yourself time and energy and don't go with this company or give them any financal information. Trust me, I wish I hadn't.
