That bridal company is ran by a mother and daugther who are idiots. First off they prices are over rated. The dress i bought at their store was very beautiful and at the time i was willing to pay anything to have it. I paid almost $700 for the dress and the zipper broke two hours before my wedding. The zipper just fell off the dress. I was shocked. I did not know what to do. My bridesmaids put safety pins back there to keep the dress together so i could walk down the aisle.
After the ceremony they went and purchased a jacket at the nearest clothing store so i could cover up for the reception. I was so upset about the whole thing. A couple days later i called and told them what happend at my wedding and asked if i could bring the dress down there so they could take a look at it and possibly replace the zipper. Lauries daughter told me no. Her mom is busy with another client. I said well have her call me when she is done.
I waited three days no phone call. So i called back and got the answering machine. I left a message and still no call. So I called from a different number and they picked up. When I got a hold of Laurie, she rushed me off the phone and said she will call back. Still waiting on that phone call and it is 10 months later. Please dont buy anything thing from them. My same dress i saw at another bridal shop for $200 less. I should have shopped around. Haste makes waste.
