Company hired to clean tile grout and carpet after a demonstration was given saying 'this is what your grout will look like'... Also was told two coats of sealer would be applied that carried a 5yr. Warranty.
When this company was finished, the floors were wet, and i was unable to see results. I was told to make the check out to 'cash'. I paid $650.00 for his service.
The next day, it was obvious the grout had not been properly cleaned, spots were missed and much of the rest was not cleaned as promised.
I contacted the owner, he approached me with an attitude and was not willing to make amends that week, saying he would 'come next week when i'm up that way'.
I phoned him twice early the next week, he finally told me he would come saturday and of course he did not show... Meanwhile i phoned another company with a very similar name (thinking it might be a franchise) and was told that the man that did my work has a reputation for doing poor quality work, overcharging for it and not making amends. Apparently the man i spoke with gets at least three calls a month, people asking the same questions i service performed on 11-7-07.
