They billed for services that were not available on my phone, they billed for squipment, and one time charges that I never ordered, or received.
When paying by check, over the phone [eft] they put the wrong name on the draft, and then said I never paid the bill.
Then when THEY cancelled my service they charged a termination fee.
When I tried to straighten the bill out, they left me hanging on hold for long periods of time, one time 2.5 hours... Literally. I was doing things while I waited, or I wouldn't have stood for it.
