I ordered service from Direct TV on 11/3. The order was procesed and completed. My installation date was set for 11/8. I had called to see what time they were coming out. I was told that my order was cancelled because I committed fraud by trying to get service in my name at the same address. I was told that the acount was flagged and should not have been processed. However a $200.00 deposit was taken off my card and has not been placed back on there yet.
I have no service from Direct TV. I can never get anyone on the phone. I used my name and my 9 digit social security number and paid them the amount they asked for off a card with my name so I dont see how I committed fraud.
