Refund had not made www.myteleblend.net

I transfered my telephone service from SunRocket, INC since July and my telephone had never made incoming or outgoing call. Two (2) months service charge had been made $21.66/month. I canceled the service on August 12; however, I have not received two (2) months refunds.
