This complany is the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen. (I thought tigerdirect was sleazy... WRONG!)
Teleblend "stepped in" when sunrocket announced they were floundering. Teleblend advertised and stated on their website that service and features was IDENTICAL to the sunRocket account. After signing up, I couldn't find the features I bought sunrocket for (voice mail, call logs, remote access to VM, call forwarding and email annuniciation of voice mail message) The Teleblend service wa nothing but a faint dialtone.
I immediately tried to contact Teleblend by telephone email, trouble ticket and emailing other companies in their little consortium. I email them every day, two or three times, I call several times a day and sit on hold. (I have clocked about 10 total hours of hold time) I have opened 20 trouble tickets. Teleblend has never responded beyond a form email saying:
"Thank you for the inquiry. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

TeleBlend Support Team"
