When sunrocket went under I was relieved that teleblend would take over without added costs or commitments. I did'nt like finding out later I would be without some of the features like voicemail but went along with it.
My problem came when I moved to another city. I tried to cancel in Oct. But was given the email runaround. I only got FAQs with nothing about canceling. I tried the phone numbers given me but was always on hold for 10 to 20 minutes at a time until giving up.
They automatically charged my card in Oct. I tried several more times in Nov. Before the next charge date even disputing it with the card company. Their fraud division suggested I cancel the card as they could'nt do anything since I had authorized it.
I was charged again in Nov but have since paid off my balance on the card and canceled. The only response I ever got from teleblend were emails "thank for reporting your issue".
I too would sign a class action against sunrocket, which owes me for several months, and teleblend for the two. I wish I could sue for the anguish but would be happy to see them shut down. They are the worst example of a business.
