I got married on March 30 and we hired Lindelle Studio's for our photographer. From the first month I thought something was wrong with them because they continued to call me and solicit me for business even though I had already booked with them. I would have cancelled, but I had already given $1,000 for them to book my date. Other than their sales calls, I didn't hear from them again until they tried to sell me a video package. At this point it was a little more than a week before my wedding so I asked when I would speak to my photographer. She said she would have him call, which he did.
The only pleasant experience I had with this company was the photographer, who they contract with. He took excellent pictures and was very friendly.
Fast forward to today. It is almost 7 months after my wedding and I have yet to receive my pictures. I sent numerous e-mail in the past month or so and left numerous phone messages only for them all to go unanswered. Finally, on September 27 someone from Lindelle called me and said my albums were being shipped the next day (Friday September 28) and I should have them Monday or Tuesday at the latest. On Wednesday (October 3) I sent an e-mail and left a phone message stating the pictures were not received and requesting my tracking number. A representative (Beth) wrote back to me and said they were shipped friday and UPS is suffering from a back log but NEVER gave me the tracking number. So I emailed her back and received no response.
Friday Octobber 5 i was FINALLY provided with my tracking information ONLY to find out my package was delivered on Monday October 1. THEY shipped MY PICTURES to the wrong address. She actually called me and said "are you telling me your address isnt (gave me my CORRECT address) and i said to her, that is my correct address but your company SHIPPED it to (gave her the incorrect address). She said she would look into it and assured me i would have my pictures by Monday October 8 at the absolute latest. If someone would have checked on Wednesday we would have realized the mistake much sooner. She tried contacting the person they were shipped to and received no response. UPS went to pick up the package on October 8 (ONE FULL WEEK after they were incorrectly delivered and just left on someone's porch). It is now October 16 and I still do not have my pictures and no one from this company will return my emails or phone calls.
So now I have no idea where these pictures are. I have requested for them to just ship me my proofs so I can make my own albums. I have never been more embarrased around my family, who quite reasonably want to see my albums and want their own pictures. I would never even recommend this company to my worst enemy.
BEWARE of this company.
