Comcast is a ripoff because there service sucks! Television would not work properly always blanked out and continued cubing on screen, I went around and around with this stupid company for 6 months and it only got worse. I have had so many techs out at my house it is unreal. I even had a supervisor at my house and his name was Brian Walaszek and still the problem did not get solved. He stopped answering his phone and would not return my phone calls, because he knew that I was right. I even had a tech at my house by the name of Roberto, and I had to kick him out. He was rude and you know those men that think women are stupid and all they should be doing is cleaning and taking care of the kids right, well that is how he treated me, well guess what (homie) now you are on usacomplaints.com for saying stupid things. Anyways my service never was resloved and I even got them to put a new line which was thicker outside and it took them a month to get the thing barried underground. My neighbor did the same thing and still went and got the dish.
I have called and called and everytime I have to explain myself from the beginning, I thought they had computers, oh wait they might not work because there internet sucks as well! CS department never listened, and come to find out the last time I called and went to cancel they had said that in there computer I only had one service tech out and which I have proof and the reciepts that say I have had about 8 or 9 out since I started complaining. Horrible service and you still have to pay them. I only got a couple of credits, even when my TV was blank for a few days at a time I still had to pay them. Do not purchase comcast cable or internet!!! Disrupted service issues that will not get solved!
