I am a dish network customer for a few months now, i called to transfer my service from one adress to another and i was told that someone will be here on oct the 13th, 12pm to 5pm.
I called sevrel times to make sure that someone will be here and i was told that evrything looks good and i will be transfer today, but no one got here.
I called to file a complaint i was talking to sevrel pepole like christina, poul, mellisa that was very rude by the way i dont think she needs to talk to customers at all, they told me that there is nothing they can do and the transfer will now be at oct 18th 8am-12pm and that im getiing a discount of a week for free becouse i dont have the service.
No one got here on that day, this time i was told that they cant see the order but i can be transferd on oct the 20th 12-5 pm. Bad bad bad customer service, at that point i wanted to cancel my account, i was told that it can be done for a small fee of $250 for them and $550 for the company that instald the dish.
So now im here one more time waiting again today is the 20th and its 4pm, no one is here yet
i just got of the phone with them, they cant get a hold of the service guy, so they dont know what is going on, i lost three days of work and i cant watch tv yet.
