On March 24, we rented a jumper. At 11:15 Juan showed up 3 hours late to install the jumper. When is helper installed the airblower he dropped it. Ok. When it was blown up I asked Juan to tie it down. Jaun pretended he didn't understand me or that was not part of his job. At around 5:00 pm the kids got out of the jumper. The next thing you know the jumper was up and in my neighbors tree. My husband called the 800 number and spoke to several operators that all have fake names. They said that they would try to get in touch with the driver. We called back several times to find out if the driver was notified. Each time the operator said they could not reach him. 2 hours later Juan showed up. Now. What if there was a young child in that jumper. If it was able to be picked up and blown in the air along with the blower a 45 pound child would have been taken with it. We were very lucky this did not happen. There was around $4oo dollars worth of damage to our brand new deck from the motor. I have made repeated calls to their fake supervisor who claimed she would come to my house to look at the damage. She has never showed up.
I called to speak with The owner Richard London but was given to his assistant Gibson. Guess again Fake name. I explained to Gibson that there was damage to our redwood deck from the installer not installing the jumper properly. He asked me what I wanted him to do. I replied have someone come out to look at our deck to get it fixed. He explained that they only offer discounts on future jumpers. What... I want my deck fixed. I explained that I would not be renting any more jumpers and he replied "then what would be my incentive to you" WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
I now have to go to small claims court. Please do not ever use this company.
