Jumpforfun Breached Contract and Lied to Me about Refund South San Francisco

I rented a jumper for my daughter's birthday and it was to be delivered by 11:00 am on October 7. When the driver didn't show up by 11:15 am, I called jumpforfun to find out what was happened. The jumpforfun representative said the driver got into an accident and would be here in 45 minutes to an hour.By 12:30 pm, the driver still haven't showed up.By now, I had a bunch of cranky kids in the house waiting for the jumper. I called jumpforfun again and was told that the driver would be here soon. The driver finally showed up at 1:15 pm. He put the jumper on the grass, plugged it in, and left before it was fully inflated. As soon as it was inflated, the jumper was filthy. It had popcorn, candy, stickers in it. I spent 20 minutes vacuuming it with my Shopvac. I called jumpforfun to report the situation. I was told to call Monday and speak with Frank, the manager. Jumpforfun called me later in the day and I told them what happened again. I told them I was to talk to Frank and the rep said Frank no longer worked there. I needed to talk to Ronnie. How can these people not know who there manager is? Idiots. Monday, I called and they said Ronnie was sick. I finally got a hold of Ronnie Tuesday and told him what happened. He said I would be getting a $41 refund. Today (Thursday), I get a call from Candy and she said that the owner would only authorize a 10% discount on my next rental. I ask to speak with Ronnie and was told he was no longer with the company. I told Candy what Ronnoe told me and she said the only thing she can do was give me 10% on my next rental. I threatened to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and her attitude was, "go ahead, see if I care."

I rental jumpers from jumpforfun for over 10 years and never had a problem until today. But this has really turn me off jumpforfun. I will never rent from them again nor will I recommend them to another. This is the worst customer service I gotten. They don't care about their customers.
