BAD Customer Service

Be careful. When AT&T quotes a service most of the time their representatives are SO poorly trained they don't know what they are quoting. I was told internation email was $64.99 for a year and then when I tried to activate this feature one month later I was informed that is was $64.99 per MONTH and that you had to sign up for a year. Then I called back again two more time and was told something completely different each time. AT&T has some of the most POORLY trained people in the service industry. Get it together AT&T.
