Jed Charles Colbert and Hollywood Digital Productions Inc called and offered his services. When he contacted me he seemed very professional. After a long conversation Jed said he was going to record an on hold message for free and if I liked it then I could buy the message. I explained that I most likely would not buy.
He then called back and after a very very long conversation, I decided to purchase the on hold message for $100 plus Shipping and Handling. The total was to be $105.70. He even gave me a receipt.
But, when I received my credit card bill, it indicated a charge for $415.00. I called and he answered. He said that he would look into it and take care of it. Well, it has been weeks and I have called several times to leave messages, but he has not taken care of it and no credit has been issued to my credit card.
Do not due business with this company or person.
