Gg video, i did not order a subsrciption i only order 2 dvd's sets and they keep sending me dvd's, they are still sending dvd's and billing my credit card. Valencia, hollywood los angeles

I ordered online two dvd's sets using my credit card and when it asked if I wanted to subscribe I clicked "NO". However I started receiving more dvd's in the mail after the second (now four sets total) set came I got suspicious and sure enough they are charging my card so I called and cancelled my subscription and they gave me a confirmation number and I have received 3 more sets since then.

I have been calling their number and I am on hold for an extremely long time and they never answer. Once time they did answer and they took my name and phone number and promised to call me back within a few minutes and will take care of my problem. No one has called me back and i am still on hold again
