Ordered 7 bridesmaid's dresses in March. Wedding World waited 3 more weeks to place the order with the designer in NYC. Dresses were finished and ready to ship to Wedding World on 6/28, but designer was holding them back due to a credit issue Wedding World had.
All members of bridal party made numerous phone calls to bridal shop, headquarters and designer to find out the above facts. This is after Wedding World repeatedly lied, would not give us a date as to when the dresses were coming in (at the end of August, one month before the wedding with 5 bridesmaids from out of town and not able to pick them up before the wedding), would not take or return phone calls, hung up on people, etc.
None of us have ever received such abysmal customer service in our lives. The bride also bought her gown there so they clearly stood to make a lot of money off of this wedding party. I wouldn't order anything from them unless you can verify with the designer of the dress that Wedding world's account with them is paid in full.
