J.D. Marvel Products Inc ripoff I ordered a clearvue booster in june never recieved it its now September they have my money

J.D. Marvel Products ripped me off I ordered a Clearvue booster and they never shipped it they cashed my check 2 weeks after my order was placed in June it is now Sept they should be made to either pay back money or ship orders
