Jd marvel products ordered clearvue a month ago and never recieved! Check cashed!

I have ordered the Clearvue TV Booster about a month ago and have not recieved anything. They have cashed my check. I did call them with a calling card and got through... They said that they have ran out of stock... I hope they are telling the truth and recieve my Clearvue TV Booster soon... Please dont order this item until everything clears up.
