Ripoff by fraudulent company

I sent a check in the amount of $16.90 to J.D. Marvel Products for the purchase of the ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna on May 1st, they cashed my check within one week, but as of today, July 3rd, I have yet to receive the item I ordered.
