I have been having issues with these people since three yrs now. I bought 2 items from them in 99. Then i stopped receiving my account statements from them after i moved.
Put in mind that i had called them to let them know that i wasnt receiving anything from them. Next thing i know, my account is sent to collections fro non payment. After trying endlessly to convince them that i wasnt trying to avid payment, i agreed to pay whatever amount they said i owed. Last year september after making consecutive payments for almost a year, i finally sent them a final pay off amount.
I even got a refund check from them saying that i had overpaid on my final payment. I thought everything was over with until another collections agency contact me on their behalf saying that i was owing them money again. I have been calling consecutive for about three weeks now trying to get this resolved, but nobody seems to want to help me.
I have finally filled a complaint with the Stte of Minnesota's Attorney General's Office at:
