I've been trying to make a payment via the fingerhut website for over two weeks. I have called their service dept. Several times and almost every time I'm told the payment portion of the website isn't working. I can make payment via phone but they charge for that. I can also make payment by mail but it will be late and I'll be charged a late charge.
I have a return authorization but I'm afraid if I return the item it will only cause me more grief and I do like the camera.
I wonder how many people are getting ripped off by this procedure. Its only a couple dollars per customer but adds up to big money for Fingerhut. Anyone buying from Fingerhut beware.
