How many times can Fingerhut send a zero balance due to collection agencies? For the past 3 years I have been battling with Fingerhut to DELETE my ZERO BALANCE DUE from their system.
I have had 3 collection agencies ask me for money due, and each time I have had to contact the 3 major credit reporting agencies to have it removed from my credit report, I have had to go several rounds with Fingerhut and "their people, " and frankly, why doensn't anyone there speak English?
I must have 5 or 6 different 800 numbers for Fingerhut, and not one English speaking person in the bunch. Who started this company? This is the year the product they are asking for has been handled at least 2 years ago.
They're like a bad penny... Fingerhut keeps showing up in my mailbox and on my credit report. I am currently involved in my LAST round with Fingerhut.
I advised them today that after this gets handled A-GAIN, if I EVER see ANYthing with Fingerhut or Axys in my mailbox or on my credit report, I'll sue them for sure.
By the looks of this complaint board... There could possible be a Class Action Lawsuit against them for harassment.
