Rebate ripoff applied my deposit to my bill without my consent Never received my rebate

I called Sprint to inquire about my bill and the fact that my phone was constantly being suspended. I was told by a friend who had sprint, that she was able to choose if she wanted her deposit back in check form or applied to her bill, and she told me that I had the same option. I called Sprint about this and they said that they had already applied my deposit to my bill. I did not give them permission to do so and I feel that If I had a choice, they should have allowed me to decide. When I wanted the phone, I had to pay the deposit, and they wanted it in cash no questions asked. I paid in cash. I want my deposit back, I want to see my money come to me just like I gave it to them.

I am tired of sprint. Everyone I know has left them and I want to do the same.in less than a two week span, I paid a total of 160.00 on a bill and the phone was still turned off each time I paid money. I paid 30, it was turned back on, then 2 to 3 days later it was back off, I paid 50 and it was back on, then back off 3 days later back off, then I paid 80, it was back on, then back off 2 days later, now a payment of 150 was given 2 days ago.

This is crazy. I am tired, and as soon as I can get the money to switch to another service, I am!!!
