Piedmont natural gas tried to charge me for an old bill from aprevious resident. First they told me they would connect my services. They never showed up. When i called them to see why they said i needed to pay a $422 deposit because the previous resident left an old bill. They made me wait ten days for them to come out and they never showed up.
I paid the money and the deposit and not the previos tenants old bill they still refused service. I spoke with a rep that was very rude but agreed to refund my money within 7-10 businees days it has been 1 month and they still cant tell me where my money is.in the mean time me and my 3 daughters ages 6,4, and 1 are without gas and the money i paid them.
