Carolina - Piedmont Properties
Company did not return to me my deposit after I cleaned and left the premises. Ripoff

I moved out of the house I occupied on July 10.
I was originally supposed to move out on July 1.
They allowed me to stay until my new apartment was ready.
It took 10 days before I was ready to move out. They charged me $5.00 a day until I moved.

My deposit was $550.00 and they took $50.00 out of it.
So they owe me $500.00. I gave them 30 days before I started contacting them about my deposit.

I made several phone calls and made several visits requesting my deposit. Each time I was told that my messages would be delivered to Donna Rimer or Jason Rabon.
They will not return my phone calls and have not been available in their office to speak with me.

As of today, I have not been contacted about my deposit.
