Ordered merchandise on 8/6/07 and was sent 2 confirmation e-mails on the same date. On 8/8/07 my debit card was charged and there was a memo on my bank statement with a Florida # 407-967-5395. There was also a name on one of the confirmation e-mails, Derek Julian, if that matters. On 8/20/07 I was sent an e-mail stating that they were sorry for the delay and my ordered was being shipped with an expedited shipping method and that a free merchandise coupon was being issued. Bs. It is now 8/30/07 and I have not recieved my order, no response from the e-mails I have sent, and no messages being accepted on the phone #. But, if you call the above you will get a cell phone and can leave a message. There is going to be some way of tracking this. It may be only $100, but it made me mad.
P.S. My payment was recieved via Authorize.net, so there has to be a way to track the transaction or hold them responsible.
