Despite witnesses and photographs, PG&E denies relocating utility poles. Unable to set their altered records aside, it would be found that these poles are now holding 2-3 x more wires / cables, with an increase in satellites, dishes and antennas by people referring to themselves as "people watchers."
An investigation would reveal advanced technology being used to monitor and violate privacy of residents. Linked to Wilbert G. Swieso's mass fraud operation entailing burglaries, ID theft, missing persons, forged and fraudulent legal documents and insurance papers, illegal conversion of assets.
Mr. Swieso was seen standing over the cables on the ground, demanding that PG&E not be called out. Various employees of PG&E are involved in this operation, which makes it more difficult to have it looked into.
This is at the core of one of the biggest and corrupt operations in the history of CA. That is why reporting it is treated as the biggest crime of all - people from every occupation imaginable are involved.
