Elephant Group - Dish Network
No rebate after 8 months and none to come

I mailed in my rebate form to the Elephant Group for a $25 rebate associated with purchasing Dish Network services. I was able to deal with the screw ups of Dish Network with much extra work; however, it looks like the elephant group has won.

I've called about the $25 rebate more than 10 times and each time I get a different story - it's in the mail, it will be mailed shortly, they had problem with banks and checks, and the latest is they want me to submit the rebate over again. I told them I wouldn't pay the 39 cents again.

I intend to spend the rest of my life diverting as much business as possible away from Dish Network and any company affiliated with the elephant group.
