I purchased a two dollars Florida G Phone Card under the company Total Call International, I made phone call for less than a minute because the person didn't answer so it when to voicemail. I waited a very hours until I tried again to reach the person I was calling, when I tried they said I had $1.10 left on my card. They robbed me ninety cents! So I called customer service and they told me that they charged me a fee for using the card and they would not give me back my money. Another time I was calling someone and the phone would make a beeping sound, not the usual ringing sound I am accustom to hearing, and went I hanged up they charged me for a call that did not go through, and yet again they would not give me back my money. Also when I first started using the card a week ago, they were giving me 25 minutes for a $2 card, now they are giving 18 minutes. And on their advertisement they say that I would get 35 minutes to my destination, and on top of that they cut off the call before the 18 minutes I was getting at 16 minutes. These people are rip-offs and I will never buy another card from them again nor will I advise anyone to purchase their product!
