Fastcard VisaGift Card
They kept my balance! Dallas?

I lost my balance of $30-40. No one can find it—I am told I can have the card balance read at Target and Walgreen's, but one says I have no balance and the other says I have 5 cents. I cannot find any other contact to give me the balance—not Visa, not Fastcard—they refer you back to Target, etc. I think the company sets it up this way so they can pocket the money when people give up trying to use the cards. The trick with these cards is (I think): Use the whole balance with one shot—use it all. Don't leave a balance on the card or you will lose it.
