This has happened to me before and I just paid the bill after extensive conversations with Dish customer service. I was charged for several adult pay per view programs and did not order them. When first discussed I asked them which receiver purchased these movies and it was told to me a receiver number of a unit that is in a storage building that I no longer use. This receiver is locked and no one but me has a key and when I went out to check to see if it was still there... It is and covered in dust. NOT IN USE!
When they bill me for these pay per view they are not on my history. No one will believe me and I end up paying around $80.00 when this happens. I have my dish locked and a password that no one but me knows. I am so sick of paying for something that I did not do. I wonder how many other people are having this problem and is there not anything that we can do.
