I purchased sunglasses from Netshades.com/Infonet Holdings in early July. They were cheap quality, damaged and used. I immediatly contacted Netshades requesting a RMA # (Returm Merchandise Authorization) which is required for all returns stated in their policy. Upon receiving the RMA# I sent back the sunglasses and all enclosures in the original shippping box I received them in. I received confirmation from Netshades that they were received and the amount of my refund to be issued. A month and a half later with no response to emails I have not received a refund. I am out $150.00 & the merchandise. They are a scam, stay far, far away. If you go to ebay you will read in their feedback of the the same tactics. I wish I had known they sold on Ebay and what their reputation is before I placed an order.
