I bought a Todd English 7 piece cookware collection from HSN around. 12 months ago. Whilst the faulty skillet was section of a collection HSN aimed me to get hold of Innovative Style, a business that protects numerous items. The cookware includes a lifetime warrantee and so I thought assured the faulty frypan within the collection could be changed with little to no issues. Sadly, every endeavor on my component to get hold of Innovative Models led to complete disappointment! On a single event, I had been on-hold for 22 units simply to be responded by an electric voice-mail device. I delivered the faulty skillet back along side comprehensive info concerning the initial purchase. Our directions were exceptionally specific and clear to see. 3 months approved and that I ultimately obtained a from their store simply to discover that they delivered THE INCORRECT SKILLET!!! I'm completely disappointed and believe Innovative Design LLC is anything-but Innovative!!! I have named and remaining communications as well as approached HSN about that, but no body continues to be ready to correct this problem. The corporation is providing these products they represent this type of poor title! Todd Language, Esteban, Joy Mangano - get as far-away out of this submission organization while you may!!! For me, I will not be buying other things that's attached to Innovative Design LLC again!!!
