I placed an order on 06/27/09 and received an auto reply with a confirmation number.
On 07/16/09 I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number or status since I had not received the product. No reply other than an auto reply.
On 07/21/09 I sent a 2nd request and once again received no reply other than an auto reply.
Sunglasses were never delivered. I contacted the bank and they had to change my account numbers however I never received reimbursement or the sunglasses that I paid $85.93 for.
This company is a rip-off. Do not buy anything from them or any related company. I tracked down a phone number from whois and I was hung up on.
They do not reply to any e-mails sent nor list a phone number for customer service contact. My bad for not doing my homework however I have not made an internet purchase since. It's too easy to get scammed and nobody monitors this stuff.
