This moving company, who actively markets on the internet under several other company names, including White Flower Moving, lacks all sense of service and integrity. They promised that my house hold goods would be delivered safe and in good shape. Nothing could be further from the truth. They unloaded the original van that picked up my household goods. And put them in an old dirty trailer for delivery. Not only were many of the boxes opened during this transfer period, many had items removed. When they reloaded they ignored the boxes marked fragile, removing them from the top of the load in the original truck and placing them on the bottom, than stacked dish packs and furniture on top of the fragile boxes. They delivered a wardrobe box with a golf bag stuffed into the wardrobe, with all the clothing being torn and soiled from the filth of the trailer.
They directed me to a claims group, but never returned my calls regarding the thief of my house hold goods. They did not deliver over 30 boxes and 10 other items clearly marked on the bill of laden. My tool chest was also missing and they have never given me any explanation regarding it's were about. These people are no to be trusted and they should be help responsible for their criminal behavior. They say they are members of the Better Business Bureau I have reported my complaint with them also. This is typical of the scams that are being shown on Television and being investigated by the US Attorney's office.
