Key Moving loaded my goods and everything seemed fine. When they delivered them several weeks later, they were not numbered properly or labeled. Items were not recorded on the inventory list. 10 large boxes including my computer were missing. They claim that the moving truck was broken into after they loaded it. Yet they could not provide a police report. They also did not tell me that this occurred until I discovered that my goods were missing SEVEN days after the event supposedly occurred, long enough for someone to steal my identity with my stolen computer.
Once I approached them about this, they were very difficult to get in touch with and did not return calls.
Key Moving was rude to the people who worked in my apartment.
Key Moving damaged items including an antique mirror and many kitchen items.
Key Moving packed cleaning supplies with my clothes in the same box.
Key Moving employees were at times unable to communicate with me in English.
They offered me 94$ and then 188$ to cover my stolen goods, and sign contract stating that they were in no way responsible for what happened.
Now they want me to remove my postings so it won't hurt their business.
