The same thing happened to me. I paid for my order in Febuary. Received the same email that my order was being doubled.in March I started sending emails with no responses. Sometimes the emails would come back undeliverable, sometimes they would go through. I have sent dozens of emails.
I have tried to contact the company by phone and the mailbox is always full or a different company answers.in early July the website was down and it still is. I never received a refund or my order and was never contacted by the company.
