I made an order on 10/30 to legallyarmed.com and never received it. I sent 3 emails through the 'contact us' option on legallyarmed.com's website. No response!
I emailed a person called Gene Kennedy 4 times! I got his email adress off of my order conformation. The first was on 12/03 in which he did respond and apologized. He said my order should be there soon. It is now 1/02 and still no order. I emailed Gene [email protected] 3 more times (12/14/07,12/18/07, & 12/29/07) asking that my credit card be refunded and no response.
Today 1/02 I tried to email the store owner through the websites email again hoping for an answer, I received none.
I'm mad that some company would take advantage of your average hard working American.
I'm even concerned because these people have my credit card info and who knows what they will do with it.
I have a copy of the 4 emails sent to Gene [email protected] and the one he sent me on 12/3/07. I also still have my email conformation.
I just want a refund! Can any action be taken? Please Help!
