I have had the same phone for 9 years. I have added phones as additional lines. Each time ANY change is made a 2 year contract is added. So when I dropped my phone in the ocean it was NOT covered because of salt water. So I bought a new one and asked for the same features to be put on this new phone.
Sprint messed everything up changing 3 of 5 lines putting picture phone on a phone that didn't have it... When I asked for them to correct it, without me knowing they tacked on another 2 years to ALL the phones effected. I have NEVER changed my 1st phone so how after 9 years is there still an unexpired 2 year contract. How be it I say? They are also still charging me town taxes on a phone that was disconnected (different area code).
