To make a long story short, my husband started a Sprint account in April.in April we added four more lines/phones and I think it was at this time he went with another provider. They send us one bill for all four lines/phones. And to cancel our contract, they insist on charging $150 per phone.
To make it worse, when we added the four phones, my husband asked if we could cancel at any time. He was told yes. But now we have been told that we are locked into our contract until April at a high rate that we don't want to pay any longer. If we want to change to a lower rate, our contract would automatically be lengthened yet another two years. I'd be happy to pay the $150 - but, $600? I can barely type the amount! What a total waste of money. We don't have a lot of money to throw out the window. Companies like Sprint take advantage of the small print to get rich while not caring about ethics.
Always read the small print, get a signature from a manager stating exactly what you were told, and as for us, we will never do business with Sprint again!!!
