I have happend to find this advertisement on via Oregon local web page.
They have taken from me $149.99 and told me I had 90 days of access and if I didn't find a home within that time I will have that amount 100% refundable, no questions asked.
I called it on 4/6/07 and it took them till the 16th of april to get the username and password. So after given the instructions what to do and download forms and looked. I had to print out their forms and personally deliver them and taping the letters to potential pre-forclosure homeowners. After doing that and waited and waited, no responded i have posted nearly 29 available listing in their website. I got so irritated and recieved no help or couseling from them I had filed a request form on their website and was later denied that was taken my 100% refund.
I have recieved the email from them. I got a call on July 18th stating that they have found a home for me and I needed to call them back to obtain more information, to which I did and the lines seem to be busy ever since. (Notice the time frame... 4/16 - 7/18 that is a few days over the 90 days.) I have reported them to BBB but got no response back. So yes I feel I have ripped off and found that the website no longer exist. The numbers matched but lines seemed to be busy everytime I call.
