Received birthday present and wasn't allowed to return for full refund! Ripoff

My sister ordered a solar fountain for my birthday through this company. It arrived. The fountain was a disaster... Not intended for outside use... The size is intended for inside table tops poor quality ugly and the solar part was an add on all for $116.00.

I called them the next day to return and get a refund for my sister they proceeded to tell me there is a 30% restocking fee on all items! Can see for paying for shipping... But they ended up getting almost $50 bucks for sending a piece of crap!

Please beware this company and it's return policy!
