Ripoff non payment for months won't return calls receptionist won't connect to superviso

After 7 months of non payment, unreturned phone calls, and a receptionist who refused to connect me to a supervisor, here's how I got paid.

I took one more assignment from them and, an hour before the appointment, told them I would not be returning the documents until my whole check was fedexed to me. I had my check the next morning.
