I paid $1910 to certified computer xchange for 5 dell lattitude d610 laptops via paypal on 11/17/08. I later emailed chad messenger for shipping confirmation and did not get a response. I then called certified three consecutive days and left a message with the receptionist and still he does not return my calls or emails. The receptionist for certified will not connect me to chad, his voicemail, or anyone who can resolve my issue. I have several emails from chad about my purchase and he was very quick responding. After recieving payment, it was a different story. No emails, and noone can get in touch with anyone who can help. I can provide all papertrails and payment confirmation of this transaction.
