I was a new customer to this company and this location. I had a scheduled appointment/consultation of which I arrived 5 minutes early. I was told to sign in and wait. I was the only person in the shop other than the receptionist. 15 minutes later the receptionist said, "I just got a text from (name) and she is at the doctor and will be late. Do you want to reschedule?" I asked her why I wasn't informed this when I arrived as she obviously knew the woman was not there and secondly why noone called me earlier in the day to let me know the person I was to see had another appointment offsite and would have never been able to be on time to see me. She immediately began to get short replying mostly with a bunch of I don't knows to my questions. I then asked if she thought this was good customer service for a new customer in which she replied "no". I asked for the corporate number which she refused to give me and then I stated that my time had been wasted and I would not be back. I have received no calls from the manager to apologize.
