On July 10 in Beijing Airport, my US850 flight back to Chicago was canceled. I had to make a call to USA to tell about the change of flight. On the pay pohne, there was instruction on how to make the international calls with credit card, but just nothing about rate information. I figured I would make the call as quick as possible, hoping once the credit card information is provided the rate information would be announced. No rate information was ever given and there was no prompt to tell the caller how to get the rate information.
My call was less than two minutes, International Satellite Communications (its parent company is BBG Communications) charged me $38.25! This practice is a total scam!
