This is the worst cell phone company ever! Cingular Los Angeles Calif

Well what can I say but all I know is Cingular is the worst company I have ever delt with. I have had the phone for almost two years and I really don't want them any more. Ever since I have had the phone I have had nothing but proublems! Some people might like them but some don't and I am one of thoes people who does not care for them. One month I didn't get my bill until the 20th and in two day's they have nerve to charge you a late fee of $36.00 credit cards don't even charge that high of a fee. So I have to run down to the Cingular store in the mall and pay the bill so it won't get turned off which is there fault not mine. One time they shut me off on Christmas day! And I had made arrangment's for the 28th, said they had no record of the call ya right! In June I paid my bill at the store for $72.75 this was on the 19th I alway's keep my receipt's for bill's I pay and on the 25th they had shut me off but in the evening about 7:00 P.M. They turned my phone back on what they changed there mind, so I called on my phone to check my balance said I still owed $99.00 I called them and talked to a real person I asked what is up with this if I owed a balance of $99.00 wouldn't it be on my phone bill when I got it I had to pay another $99.00 to keep the phone on as well as the $72.75 seem's kind of funny I thought you people are just milking me as well of hundred's of other people out there, my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was out of work for 3 week's without pay and I really couldn't afford an extra hundred dollar's right now we only have a cell phone no landline because he got sick and I had to cancel time warner to come out and hook up my digital phone I dropped AT&T for my landline phone and I'm going to drop Cingular as well since they are both now the same company! I can't even go a week without them cutting off my phone service and my credit is not bad lose this company any one out there thinking of getting there service because there not worth it I could go on and on about them they stink poor customer service as well.
