Yeah, it might not be a big deal to some but it is to me. I went to h&m in irvine, ca at the spectrum. I came home and threw all the clothes in the washer. Im hanging them up and i see a hole in one of the jackets i got and immediately called the store. Girl says they wont exchange it because ive washed it. Ive worked in retail before - we'd damage things out all the time - even when we knew its been worn we'd accept exchanges and then damage them out.
